1 - This Small Jumbo Ladder is perfect , with it's wide steps you will feel safe climbing it and stand on for long period . It is easy to move arround thanks to the wheels attached to the ladder legs . 2 - little giant ladders may be excactly what you were looking for. If you are looking fro a small three step ladder to repeatally walk up and down easily , a very sturdy and heavy duty ladder. As soon as you begin using it will see it is smartly designed and manufactured . It may be a littile pricey .. but it worth it . 3 - - The rubber-clad, slip-resistant treads are massive & far more comfortable to stand on than typical step-ladders. More like standing on a stair step than a ladder. - Well designed, engineered, & manufactured. This must be the third or fourth generation of this product, as the kinks have been worked out. - Strong. I am 6' 4" & 270 lbs., & this poses no issues with this ladder. Ladder is rated for 300 lbs. - This ladder is stable; no wobble, creaking, or feeling that the ladder might fall forward or to the side. - Safety. With other short step-ladders, the frame of the ladder is to the side of the steps. This is fine for strength, but in case you lose your balance & must jump off the ladder to the side, that frame can trip you, leading to a disagreeable fall. The Tiny Giant's frame is [mostly] under the steps, so there is tiny likelihood of being tripped in case you jump off to the side. - Versatile platform. While standing on any tread, you can work to either side, to the front, or even safely turn around & face the rear. - Folds & unfolds basically & quickly. - You would usually need to unfold the safety-bar handle & snap it in the upright position. However, you can leave the handle in the down position, & use the tool as a staircase to walk straight onto a van, camper, trailer, temporary construction platform, stage, etc. - light to carryover around: twenty lbs. - The integrated work tray on top of the handle holds paint brushes, tools, etc., & has hooks for hanging paint cans or buckets. - Rolls around (on smooth floors only) with the built-in wheels while opened up. (If it is folded, you need to carryover it.) - They bought ours from Wing at a Home Improvement show. It arrived on-time & undamaged by UPS. (Wing is a relatives owned company in Utah, so their products are "made in the USA".) Cons: - The costliest step ladder of this height on the market. - The built-in wheels might have been a tiny larger for better rolling on uneven surfaces. - Heavier & bulkier than other step-ladders of this height (but of work, these attributes provide much better stability, safety, & comfort). - Other Wing ladders carryover a life-time warranty. Makes you wonder why this has a one-year warranty. Other: - Storage requirements when folded: ladder height is 44" & width is four.7" |
